Profile scope

The profile compares eight mapped fields: asset identifier, image title, creator, creator organization, copyright notice, licence URI, rights-holder identifier and IPTC Digital Source Type.

Semantics

Profile semantics

For each set of equivalent metadata fields, this profile provides a statement that produces a Boolean return value set to true when all equivalent fields match. A single mismatch results in a return value false. The report_text provides a human readable explanation.

The jpt:profile_compliance statement returns true when all equivalent retrieved metadata fields from the different sources (conventional metadata, standardized C2PA assertions and Valeria specific metadata) returned an exact match.

Profile score

The jpt:profile_score statement returns the number of successful comparisons divided by the total number of comparisons. The return value ranges from 0.0 to 1.0.
